Live the Dream!

On January 18th, seventeen university students of diverse religious, spiritual, and philosophic traditions met at McGill University to celebrate the birthday of Marin Luther King Jr. with multi-faith dialogue. Inspired by MLK’s example, the group’s discussion developed towards addressing “How do we act together?” Suggestions included music, food, dance, art, or a combination of themes in one gala evening. Thought was also put into engaging student organizations and partnering with other causes and initiatives. There were also great questions, as individuals asked how we could foster dialogue within an event and considered the need to maintain momentum into the future. Ultimately, we seem to have the foundations for something amazing!
