World Malaria Day - Get Involved

On April 25th, the world will gather to raise awareness about the biggest killer of children in sub-Saharan Africa. We want London to be a part of it.

How to get involved…

Want to find out more about malaria and what you can do? Come along to Night Under Nets, taking place in Holy Trinity Brompton, South Kensington, from 7-9pm on the 19th  of April. We’ve lined up an enticing package of speakers, performers, video clips, fundraising, advocacy, and topped off the night with food. Admission is free.

Have an hour or two to spare on April 25th? Help us hand out flyers and shake buckets at Liverpool Street station.  For all those who help out, lunch will be provided.

Do you go to a school or college where you’d like to see something happening to mark World Malaria Day? Get in contact with us and we can provide you with a range of simple yet effective ideas, resources and support to get things going.  We’ve already had one volunteer who got her class to do a cake sale over break. It only took 15 minutes to raise £80 - 16 life-saving bed nets by my count.

Give a little time and make a massive difference for millions across the world. To get involved or find out more, please send an email to nicola.minford@faithsactfellows.org
