Training
Local teacher training for the Face to Faith programme is offered through Lead Schools in each country. The training covers subjects that include; Introduction to the principles of the Face to Faith programme, enquiry-learning, collaborative learning and debating, dealing with sensitive subjects and issues, social action projects, video-conferencing and the use of other digital learning resources
Video-conferencing
Each school is being offered professional development training specifically in videoconferencing techniques.Teachers are invited to join dedicated video conference sessions where they are introduced to other teachers and have an opportunity to discuss the structure and content of the programme. All related technical requirements are then taken care of by the Face to Faith team.
Regular training takes place throughout the programme to support schools and to allow teachers to reflect on their teaching to date.
